Arrival from Munich/Innsbruck:
Take the motorway exit to Bressanone-Val Pusteria and turn off to the road to Val Pusteria (SS49) and continue past Bressanone towards Monguelfo.
Approx. 4 km behind Monguelfo there is an underpass on the right hand side of the road. Turn off to the right onto the road to Braies (SP47).
Before the village of Braies at the large crossroads turn left and follow the road to Ponticello. From there it’s another 7 km on a well maintained tarmacked mountain road.
Arrival from Cortina or Lienz:
Take the road to Val Pusteria (SS49) towards Villabassa. Approx. 2 km behind Villabassa there is an underpass on the left hand side of the road. Turn off to the left onto the road to Braies (SP47).

Arrival by train:
The nearest railway station is in Villabassa. From the international railway stations Fortezza, Bolzano and Lienz you reach Villabassa by regional train.
